01 / THE LONG WAY BACK
I had to find
my own way back.
I’m not a guru. I’m a human who stopped treating inner work as another performance.
01Following the script.
Finish university. Get a good corporate job. Work hard and make a name for yourself. I was good at it. My first burnout made me question the life I was building. My second, as a consultant, left me disconnected from my body and my own inner knowing.
02The search.
I started with the basics: movement, nutrition and getting back into my body. Then a one-way ticket to Sri Lanka. Breathwork, yoga, silent meditation, Ayurveda, Kriya, somatics, NLP, tantra, biohacking, cyclical living. Some of it was brilliant. Some felt amazing and changed almost nothing.
03Coming back to real life.
I thought I had it all figured out. Then Covid landed me at my parents’ house and reality had other ideas. Therapy, honest inner work and a regular job helped me find my footing. Later came India, a Himalayan tradition and Bali, where I ran retreats and created personalised 21-day practices.
04What stayed with me.
I kept meeting capable people who knew a great deal yet struggled to live by what they knew. Insight is one thing. The capacity to act on it is another. Today I care about bringing inner work into relationships, choices, motherhood, work and the messy parts of real life.
