PRIVACY
The information
you share with us.
Clearly, in one place.
Parent Capacity Lab assessment
After you complete the assessment and give consent, your email, your Martin-area choice and a summary of your results across six areas are sent to Simona Ray at thesimona.ray@gmail.com. Your result appears on the page. You are not subscribed to a newsletter. The data is used to process the assessment and, where appropriate, communicate about your result.
Retention and your choices
You can withdraw consent or request access, correction or deletion by emailing thesimona.ray@gmail.com. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it. Data is retained while handling your result and related communication. It should be deleted when that purpose ends, unless further work together requires it to be retained.
Technical processing
Submission uses Websupport hosting and Google’s Gmail email service. Technical anti-abuse records do not contain your answers or readable email address. When switching language, your in-progress answers are temporarily transferred using the current browser tab’s session storage. Your email and consent are not stored there. The transferred state is removed when loaded and is valid for no more than 30 minutes.
Analytics and cookies
Google Analytics (G-65ZE1TGSH7) loads only after analytics consent. It records page visits and general events such as starting or completing the assessment. Your email, answers, result profile and location are not sent to analytics. Advertising features are disabled. Your cookie choice is stored in this browser for six months. You can change it using the footer link. Declining does not affect the website or assessment.
Links to other services
Booking and purchase links lead to Koalendar and Beacons. PCL applications use Google Forms, and the diary website is hosted on Canva. Those services operate under their own terms.
